DESCRIPTION:We keep having so much fun with our shibori classes that we should do it again and again!! Join me for a late summer session of blue blue blue. I’ll teach you all about shibori dyeing including traditional folding methods\, easy dye bath composition\, and process. This. Is. Addictive. Truly. We’ll do some practice work on floursack towels for your kitchen\, and then you’ll have the option to do a larger piece. You’ll have sooo much fun. And\, you’ll probably end up with blue somewhere. Wear your ‘creative clothes’ and bring an old towel\, because this is messy!! If you’re getting rid of some old towels\, the studio is accepting a few towel donations. Turns out we do a LOT of messy stuff!! Bring a lunch/snack – refrigerator available. Carryout/Delivery options nearby. \nSeating is limited so grab your friends and sign up early! \nDate: Sunday\, September 19th\nTime: 11-3ish\nAll materials provided\nFee: $65 materials included\nLocation: The Studio in Troy \nClass registration is refundable up to 48 hours before class time.
