In 3 hours\, you will create a 9 x 12 painting on Ginwashi rice paper using the batik process. After transferring a line drawing to the paper\, you will layer watercolor and wax on the rice paper\, finishing it by removing the wax with newspaper and a household iron. All Supplies are Provided! \n*Custom cut mats available for $5 extra. Batik tools and supplies also available for purchase. \nSo that everyone can be comfortable in the knowledge that everyone else is vaccinated\, all students must send me a photo of their vaccination card prior to class.
